I'm WAAAY WAAAY over Select status points for 2012 (as in 2011), but as of 3/15/13, STILL no 2013 Select package. :wacko:

My coupons are all expired and my card says 2012. I'm getting my 25% bonuses, but nothing else.

Any advice?
 
Yep. Address is perfect, same as it ever was. AGR says my address "doesn't verify". Excuse me? It's accurate as the day is long.
 
Is there something about your address that might confuse an automated system that processes mailings and validates against standard USPS address format?

I was told they aren't going to attempt to resend anything until the 16th...which happens to be tomorrow. And I'm calling them first thing in the morning.
 
It's the same address I've been at for 7 years and used for Amtrak all that time. I'm being forced to use my sister's business address. THAT one, they'll take. Incredible!
 
They said the system screwed up a bunch of them and they are all going out late. This is why when I called last week they would not reship them to my address.

I was told once they have issues with any address that has an apartment or unit number. Seems like a major issue that would've been addressed.

I am also still waiting on mine. I called a couple of weeks ago and was told they would resend it.
 
Still nothing. Calling again today. This time with more, umm, insistence? By the way, Amtrak did put an apartment number on my address, all by themselves. I never did, but it is the right one.

Kurt, if they processed a kit replacement request for you, it can take several weeks after that point for the kit to arrive. They are mailed in batches every couple of weeks and are not sent immediately upon request. Amtrak has a third-party vendor that produces the membership cards and kit materials, and it must be routed to that vendor for fulfillment.
