This primarily affects the Metrolink Ventura County line, but the tracks are also used by the Pacific Surfliners and the Coast Starlight.

That is a pretty wide ROW through that area. Hope it manages to get approved.

Gotta ask the age old question...who was there first? The ex-SP Coast Line of course, beginning in 1904.

That however doesn't seem to matter much any more.
