NYC Observation Car on California Zephyr

The westbound California Zephyr came through southeast Iowa this afternoon with the former New York Central observation car Babbling Brook on its end. It is said to be going all the way to Emeryville.

A kid in Omaha got to tour Babbling Brook.

Its nice to see that someone bought that car & is keeping it up. Babbling Brook was owned by the Artrain for an office for quite a while. I saw it on a regular basis as the Artrain was based here in ARB.
