NYP first class lounge question

I will be coming from Meteor in a roomette and changing to regional 164 in coach class. Is there a first class lounge in NYP I can use? Or do they only offer it to those whose upcoming train is in sleeper or business class?

Since you're on a sleeper, you can get access to the Acela lounge. It's tucked in a corner, and a bit dark but, nice, quiet, and clean bathrooms.

Yes, you are entitled to use Club Acela, and is near Baggage services on the south (31St) side of of the Amtrak concourse.
