There is no quiet car on the Pennsy, but there were plenty of open seats in the other three coach cars. A few people just moved to the opposite end of the "chanting" car.WhatI've never seen anyone sing loud religious chants or anything on AMTRAK for that matter..
You could've always moved to the quiet car right? There is a quiet car on the Pennsy isn't there? Actually now that I think about it I'm not sure.
If the train was crowded, it may have been an issue.
