Not mine, but someone posted 23 pictures of the new station on the 7 line on imgur.

Here's one of my favorites (maybe because it's pretty relatable!)

The Second Avenue Sagas blog covered the opening of the 7 Line extension with a set of photos: Scenes from the 7 line: A politically-charged opening. The blog and the many comments steer more to the political aspects on MTA capital funding, the hefty price tag of this extension for a single station, albeit a nice and very large station, the still uncompleted second entrance to the new station and arguments over who is going to use the new station. :p

The new Hudson Yards station and entrance is 2-1/2 blocks west on 33rd street from the 8th Ave exit at NYP, so it is an easy walk from NYP for those passing through NYP who want to check out the shiny new station (while it is still new and shiny).

Inside it looks surprisingly like a generic NYCTA station! I suspect that its use will increase as the construction atop the LIRR yard progresses and those new buildings start getting occupied. Nice touch on the entrance canopy.

Nice touch on the entrance canopy.
The entrance canopy for Hudson Yards station looks a lot like the glass and steel frame canopies that are being installed over the entrances for the DC Metro system. The resemblance and shape is especially close to the canopy that is to be built over the north entrance to the DC Metro Dupont Circle station which has a similar large opening.

Link to a photo of the Hudson Yard entrance canopy (from the Second Ave Sagas blog).

GGW blog post from last year with a rendering of the planned Dupont Circle north entrance canopy.
