I must tell the other side!
Recently, I had to make a reservation. I"m eligible for the disability discount, and used that link to get the fare, because I wanted to get the H-Room (and was not certain if the online system would assign it to me automatically) I called an agent to book!
The fare I received from the agent was $40+ LOWER than the one shown online!
Both had the disability discount shown.
So I certainly was not gouged!
