Yes and no. Within the last 6 months, I've had 3 LD trips fail to post and my wife one. The latest one was finally straightened out; and now 3 trips I didn't take posted to my account.hi- is anyone else having major problems with AGR... points not posting, promos not being credited, points for promos not being credited etc etc etc... dont know who to talk to about this..
Wow, complete with rail points? Enough to give you elite status? I haven't had any issues with actual travel (other than occasionally having to make an on-line request), but I find the points for shopping post in a charmingly random matter. Some purchases don't generate any points, others generate more points than they should. So far, it's worked out in my favor, so I decided it's not worth the effort to set things straight. I'm sure there are other threads that explain the Rube Goldberg scheme used to post points. An item in another thread seems to imply that Amtrak is not responsible because a subcontractor in Canada is involved.
