I second
St. Elmo Steak House as the place to go in Indianapolis. Historic & stately wining & dining destination known for its steaks & seafood, plus cocktail lounge.

Seeing the type of ceiling, is it a noisy restaurant?

Fourth generation Hoosier who was raised in Indianapolis. The original Union Station is a gem, what they have now is a slum. St. Elmos's is very pricey and a little noisy. There are many others in the area. Please go to Where To Eat in Indianapolis | Visit Indy Mass Ave a short cab or Uber ride and is loaded with good ones.
