The biggest problem was huge cost overrun and major schedule slippage..... Both caused by very poor project management. Indeed the last bits of the original project was finally completed last year, or was it early this year, the electrification of the third track into Boston.

Could anyone inform me on WHEN any additional high speed testing will be undertaken in RI after 10/21/2012? I would like to witness something that big going that fast. It's got to be more exciting than watching Ice Out Day on Lake Winnipesaukee. I was not able to locate the schedule for previous tests so I missed them.
