To clarify for myself and others, when you say service disruption you mean when something happens that changes the operations of a train? Such as skipping a stop or having to detour (or in this case the blizzard I believe)?thats not a service disruption.
So could you perhaps enlighten us on which specific "service disruption" you were referring to in the original post in this thread? Thank you.ones that stop a train at a station due to engine failure, trespasser, etc.
Then I think that freight interference would count. I believe Amtraks (or at least transitdocs) definition of a "servcie disruption" is where there is a change of operations due to an incident. This would be like Palm Springs station being out of service, a detour, things that change the basic operations.
