Specials sighted

This evening, around 19:30 between TRE and PHL I spotted a train traveling westbound, four cars pulled by and ACS-64, two were food service, one was a Metroliner, labeled as such on the side, the fourth was another Amfleet. Could it be a hospital train? Or is it more likely a revenue special. I guess it could have been some sort of cobbled together emergency Keystone, but that seems unlikely?

A number of sports teams use Amtrak when traveling between games in NYC, Philly, Baltimore and Washington. The trains are generally charters composed of 4 cars as you describe.

Yesterday, 647 ran top and tail, not uncommon, but consist was 5 coaches, cafe, no Metroliner.

It seems recently a bunch (maybe 6) Viewliners of different varieties have appeared at Penn Coach. It was too far to see what was what. Could these be getting ready to return to active duty? Can Penn Coach even do that type of work?
