Can station ticket agents issue AGR Ticket Reservations?

If a AGR award requires a physical ticket for some reason, once the reservation is made with an AGR, you can pick it up at a manned station. You can't walk in and get an AGR award ticket, only AGR can do that.

If you need an eTicket boarding pass for an AGR award ticket, an agent can do that, too. As can a QuickTrak machine.

I'm taking a trip next month, which requires a 14 hr. layover at LAUS. I want to use AGR Pts. to do a BC R/T LAX-SAN, before taking the #422 that night. Should I just wait til I get to LAX & call AGR???

You don't have to call that in. You can do it online since there's no bus connection.

Keep in mind that RF will be traveling. He may or may not have a computer or smart phone. So a phone call would have to do it.
