Status upgrade based on December segments posting in January?

Has anyone been successfully upgraded for Status in 2009 after December segments have posted?

I have checked over a couple of weeks and have been told that I am listed to receive a SELECT kit in 2009 based on my 2008 travel. However, I had some December segments post in January and should be Select +. For the moment, I am still S+ due to my 2007 travel.

Has anyone with no status or Select only status been upgraded yet based on a calculation using segments that posted in January?

Has anyone else been having this problem? I've sent an email and talked to a few reps with no results. They are still showing that I am due to receive a Select kit for 2009.

Has anyone else called and had a similar response i.e. when the year officially ended you were at one level but after including segments from 2008 that posted in 2009, it pushed you to the next level?

I would anticipate that kits for 2009 should be mailed soon.
