Surfliner San Diego yard delayed

LOSSAN did not have a written agreement with BNSF nor did BNSF staff who then left write it down. BNSF then agreed to let others use the property so lossan is out of a site. Delaying the project as they now have to go back to site selection. There are no sites nearby so they likely have to go much further south. I found a possible site 2.5mi further south which is currently a RV and truck storage lot

Wow. That’s incredible incompetence not to, apparently, have so much as an email follow-up to a conversation about the purchase of a multi-million dollar piece of property.

Why do they need a yard? They currently park at the Santa Fe Depot.
