train trip to canada?

SO 14 hrs by car,, 12 by train. We want to go up to Niagara Falls. Just currious is this a nice trip to do? Also how do we get around once we get there? Is there public transit?

American or Candian side? I'm pretty sure that either way you can check on Google Maps transit.

Please consider booming Biz Class on the Maple Leaf to Niagara,Falls,Ontario instead of an Empire Service Train to Niagara Falls,NY.

It's much more comfortable (Nice 2x1 Seating in the Cafe Car)than Coach and worth the money.

The VIA Station is located close to the Whirlpool Bridge and the Bus Station is across the street.

Plenty of cabs and the City busses run along side the River clear past the Falls.

Also you should be able to book an affordable Hotel/Motel if you go during the week and not on a Holiday or weekend.

They sell a Tourist Package Deal thats a bargain that includes a Bus Pass, a ride on the Maid of the Mist, a tour behind the Falls and a visit to the Great Indoor Butterfly Conservatory out by the Golf Course.
