Not sure why yet, but just heard from my friend who's a crew member on #3(28) they are being turned at ABQ and will be headed back to Chicago now. Wildfires? Freight derailment?

Not sure why Rob, but with #3 early into ABQ and #4 out of Trinidad "On Time" this Morning,( Both now shown in "Service Disruption"") there has to be something going on around ABQ, but can't figure out why they'd turn both trains there if something happened between ABQ and RAT???Not sure why yet, but just heard from my friend who's a crew member on #4(28) they are being turned at ABQ and will be headed back to Chicago now. As long as the train stops before hitting it.A boulder is much better than a derailment.
If you watch some of the old Wile E. Coyote cartoons, there are multiple scenes in which Wile E. Coyote tries to trap/kill the Road Runner with a boulder:That is hazardous enough to justify the early turn-around. At least with the rockslide, one less huge boulder to worry about after the mess is cleaned up. By the way, how would a coyote and a roadrunner trigger a rockslide (I would have to watch the "road runner" to see an impression of this). Does not look as bad or common as the Puget Sound mudslides that frequently happen during the Northwest rainy season, though.
Well, that's no worse than Wile. E. did with the Roadrunner...At age 22, he's probably way too young to catch the reference.
Apparently, there was no "turn around" and train 4 arrived in Chicago on time today and train 3 is operating. The 4 that left LA last night is currently about 3 hours late between Dodge City and Kansas City.Has the train turned its back around yet (back to its origin), or are they still stranded?
Couldn't the 4 that is late be the 3 that was turned around? And the 4 that arrived on time be the one that through before the Boulder?Apparently, there was no "turn around" and train 4 arrived in Chicago on time today and train 3 is operating. Neither of the trains which was turned has reached its final destination yet; This just happened yesterday evening.Apparently, there was no "turn around" and train 4 arrived in Chicago on time today and train 3 is operating. Train 3 turned back east to become train 4, and the original train 4 which departed Los Angeles turned back west to take the place of train 3. Both are still on the move, several hours late, as of this morning. Eastbound number 4 which arrived Chicago yesterday afternoon was not part of this.Couldn't the 4 that is late be the 3 that was turned around? These legal filings in the case of Coyote vs. ACME may help him understand the reference better:At age 22, he's probably way too young to catch the reference.
