I was considering using this station for ann upcoming trip. I read google reviews that mentioned visitor passes being required to us we the station since it's on a military base.

The review also indicated that this was related to Covud. Is it possible to use this station without visitor’s pass? What is the parking like?

No it is not possible to use the station without a visitor pass. This website https://www.quantico.marines.mil/Info/Base-Access/ will give you all the information you need to access the station. Unfortunately, I cannot comment intelligently on the parking situation.
