Where do you put promo code in when booking ticket?

It never asks me to.

When booking from the main page of Amtrak you get this menu:


If you click on "Advanced Search" you should get this dropdown:


This is where you enter a Promo Code

I got that but no promo code area.

Did you get the space for the "Coupon Code"? It is the same thing

That "advance search" drop down window works fine for me, it offers the coupon area. I am using firefox browser on PC, not on phone...

While looking at something else I found another place the promo code can be entered

From the home page if you drop down the Traveler menu to select Adult, Senior, etc



The Promo Code can be entered just above the "Done" box
