Why 280 was so late today 3/24

Does any one have any idea why train 280 Empire Services was 4 hours and 37 minutes late coming into NYP?

i see Schenectady, NY was 5 hours and 12 minutes late too.

I have seen the train be up to 2 hours late (rare) but 4- 5 hours that is crazy.

Just curious on the details.
