I doubt it has been hacked. I suspect just a coding/programming error. If it was something malicious, there would be an attachment or link in the email.

Great info thank you. We have a paid trip outbound and points trip in return. Surly they will be done before our return, but will they now refund points for something like this? I know under AGR 1 they would not.

Why does it have the part about people who have sleeper bookings? Is that so they can refund part of the amount where you will be on a bus instead of your sleeper? Anyone know how long the bus ride is between Fort Worth and Longview? Still holding on to hope it will be done before our trip.
