Not much to mention in a form of a trip report. The thirty minute train ride to/from LAUS was uneventful. The Thruway bus to/from Bakersfield (BFD) was equally uneventful. I will say that the passenger count for the buses were healthy. My travel was performed during the Thanksgiving Day weekend.

I might add that late slips were issued by MARC during my 2003-2008 tenure as a federal worker in DC. My boss was a minute watcher and getting confirmation by MARC for late arriving trains saved me the use of utilizing annual leave on many occasions.
