Several years ago I saw a TV crime investigation show in which the plot involved a woman driver killed by a train at a grade crossing. And especially observant detective correctly surmissed that she had been stopped short of the crossing -- someone how to get her in the car behind pusksed her vehicle through the crossing gates into the path of the train.
