Tumbleweed
OBS Chief
Can't get on.....
You look up Amsnag and click on version 2.02. Apparently it's not working though.OK, how does one upgrade to 2.02?
Probably because someone is "trying to verify all 333 individual buckets for the LD trains"Now I get:
Resource Limit Is ReachedThe website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later.

That's the same thing I get now, and I've only made two AmSnag queries today!Now I get:
Resource Limit Is ReachedThe website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later.
The program requeries the website for each day, thus restarting the clock. So if you get one day, you should get them all. Could you PM me a screen shot of the problem if it reoccurs. I just tried a 20 day request and it ran successfully, taking 1 second per day.I've been having difficulty with the site when I check a block of dates over the number of 15. It seems to time out but the speed of my laptop could be the cause. Also cannot check any bedroom prices with it. Shows coach and roomette only
Close, but no cigar! The "Canceled" in the error message is the clue. I'll see what I can do.The original version ( http://biketrain.net/amsnag/amSnag.php ) works some of the time, but when doing a query just now for CHI to LAX for 30 days starting today it stops after two individual checks and displays...
Query failed: insert into result (sessId,con,seg,train,depSta,depTime,DepDate,arrSta,arrTime,arrDate, date,base,coach,roomette,bedroom,family,BCFC,sortkey) values (152302209666,1,1,'3 Southwest Chief','Chicago, IL',' 3:00 PM','2018-04-07', 'Los Angeles, CA',' 8:15 AM','2018-04-09', '2018-04-07',' .00','r Availability -->

...but it works OK starting 2 days hence (June 8th). Can't explain why, but I've a hunch it quits when it finds a train that's sold out. But my hunches are seldom correct.
