All of this speculation about single level is fine, but until it is formally changed the RFP at present under consideration is for bilevels, until someone formally changes it.

But they haven't received any quotes yet on pricing have they? I think the cost per car is going to be astronomical for what they've requested, and it's going to be back to the drawing board. We'll see.
