Boarding Silver Star from WAS Acela Lounge

I will be arriving WAS on the Capitol Ltd. with a sleeper ticket then have a coach ticket on the Silver Star to RVR. I'm assuming since it is a same day ticket I can use the lounge to wait. Can I also board coach from the lounge? If so how does that work?

I'm used to boarding 29 from the lounge but am unsure how boarding lower level trains works.
