I was wondering if this was minor derailment would hit the press.

Four rail cars on CSX train derail near Richmond

DUMBARTON, Va. – Four rail cars on a CSX train headed to Baltimore derailed outside of CSX’s Acca Yard in Richmond.

It happened Saturday around 5 a.m.

Three of the rail cars were empty and one is carrying metal materials. No product spilled from the car and no one was injured.

Thus far, passengers from 52(7) 65(7), 92(7), 98(7), 53(8), 66(8), 79(8), 82(8), 88(8), 89(8), 168(8) and 194(8) have been or will be impacted.

The clean up is about done so hopefully the congestion and delays will subside.

Read on another forum the culprit was Waycross-Selkirk symbol freight Q410 at North Acca - the interlocking 1.7 miles north of AY (where the former ACL splits from the former Seaboard).
