Please allow a brief "fair use quote from BREAKING: CSX Derailment Reported South Of Hyndman

A CSX train headed to Cumberland has reportedly suffered a several car derailment south of Hyndman.

Word out of Bedford County is that at least four cars of a 175 car train jumped the track near Pelllican Road. That leaves Hogback Road as the only road in and out of Hyndman.
29(29) is holding CUM with an eye toward returning to WAS while 30(29) will advance to PGH.

Just looked at 29's performance of the day.. On time leaving every station and 5 minutes early into Cumberland. It would happen to that train.

Why is transitdocs showing 29 (29) headed towards Chicago 17:20 late? Is that 30 (29) headed back to CHI?

Probably. They probably turned 30 for 29. Wonder if they bussed the pax between the two trains

29 (30) is running on time, mostly, 26 mins down at Martinsburg. Probably deadheading 29 (29) to balance equipment??
