Hey y'all!

I've been an avid Amtrak fan my whole life, but up until yesterday hadn't purchased a ticket in a while. Yesterday, I bought tickets for the trip home for Christmas on the Texas Eagle. I'm so excited! I'm originally from Alabama, and moved to Texas for work. I'm glad I found the forum... I wouldn't call myself a railfan... not heavily involved, but would like to be. I've loved trains since childhood.
