Is anyone else having trouble logging in to Amtrak or AGR?

Tried getting into the AGR site this morning and I could not use it. This is the message that came back:

"The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 17803204652304203559"

I have no idea what this message means
