Two years ago California was "broke" and heading for bankruptcy! Now it has a surplus and is actually spending money on such luxury items as education, medicare and rail! Imagine that!
If the hypocrites that run for office and get elected by the few that bother to vote, and would quit promising tax cuts and sweetheart deals ( read bribes) to corporations and actually pay for government services, we wouldn't have dog and pony shows and melodramas like this!
