NYP: Easiest way to get from track level to Amtrak level

I have to agree. NYP is a mess. It took me years to have any clue on where I was when I exited my train. It is too bad about the police cracking down on boarding Amtrak trains from the lower level as that was always my favorate trick to make sure I got a good seat. I have to admit I was only stopped once but still...
