Select Plus reached but not posted

I got to Select Plus a couple of days ago, but my account says I’m —204 points away from Select Plus, I have over 10,600 points, but there is no lounge pass QR code added to my account, and it still says I am Select. I don’t have the app (I don’t do apps), but it should still come through on the regular account page.

Has anyone else had a similar situation? Any idea of what is going on?

Should I call AGR in a couple of days if it’s still the same and see if they know how to correct it?

Give it a few days. BTW, if you don't get it on the website, the app wouldn't have it yet, either. It is possible it might not show until the system does its monthly update.

Are you traveling in the next few days and need the lounge pass? Then I'd call, although I doubt the agents could force the system to update your status. If you have no immediate need, just give it some time.
