I got to Select Plus a couple of days ago, but my account says I’m —204 points away from Select Plus, I have over 10,600 points, but there is no lounge pass QR code added to my account, and it still says I am Select. I don’t have the app (I don’t do apps), but it should still come through on the regular account page.
Has anyone else had a similar situation? Any idea of what is going on?
Should I call AGR in a couple of days if it’s still the same and see if they know how to correct it?
