When will Amtrak debut their next livery?

I love the idea of India Railways having 2,900,000+ freight wagons, 76,000+ passenger rail cars and 12,000+ locomotives. Now THAT is a rail fleet! LOL!
Then I think about Amtrak trying to buy 130 cars from CAF...

... when you have to deal with some 70,000 cars. Such are the realities of life.

Amtrak has made a big deal about many things that have not come to fruition. How about the return of china? The exceedingly slow rollout of Superliner upgraded bedding and interiors? They haven't much credibility anymore with their bold pronouncements of coming attractions.

Well the upgraded bedding is on all trains and has been for awhile (I rode the Builder, the Lake Shore, the SW Chief and the Starlight in November and they all had it), but the cosmetic interior refurb seems nowhere to be seen, at least in the sleepers.
