What's up with #2130 (WASH - NYP) and why does it only run Friday night?
Is it a quirk of the last day of weekday service that can't be done in the middle of the week? Does it return to Washington over the weekend so the pool of trainsets remains the same for the weekdays?

2130 runs to NYP on Friday because 2124 is extended to BOS on Friday as 2174. It's basically to balance the fleet out.

TS 16 was swapped with TS 17 this weekend and TS 17 has started its COT&S work in Bear and Wilmington respectively.

Is this an initial? Otherwise already the 4 year COT&S needed from start of construction of TS 17?
