Span 2 has been delivered
Any proof or is this just extrapolation from the 30 hour timeframe from last time?

The three tugs started moving about 10 mins ago:

There's a gap of trains between 2AM (#66) and 4AM. The estimate comes directly from the tug operator on the Facebook page:

The remaining steps are expected to be completed tonight:
Friday, January 17th
2:00 am (0200) Depart Lay Berth
3:00 am (0300) Arrival at Amtrak Portal Bridge Site

Last year, the Coast Guard put out this rulemaking proposal: https://public-inspection.federalregister.gov/2024-16762.pdf

The windows specified are/were as follows:
Window 1: 12:01 a.m. on November 15, 2024, through 11:59 p.m. on November 28, 2024
Window 2: 12:01 a.m. on December 10, 2024, through 11:59 p.m. on December 23, 2024
Window 3: 12:01 a.m. on January 13, 2025, through 11:59 p.m. on January 27, 2025
Window 4: 12:01 a.m. on February 2, 2025, through 11:59 p.m. on February 15, 2025

These windows were all proposals and nothing says they are definite, however it looks like they were following these windows anyway. Window 2 does not appear to have been used.

Span 3 of 3 may be coming in window 4: February 2nd - February 15th. I expect Carver Companies might be bringing the 3rd span like it did last time: https://www.facebook.com/CarverCompanies

Use the live map. The actual tugs might appear here tomorrow but I don't know if this area has sufficient ship tracking coverage:
https://www.myshiptracking.com/ports/port-of-coeymans-in-us-usa-id-6267

Just a guess: some of these tugs may be moving it as they did the last span
https://www.myshiptracking.com/?mmsi=367704190
https://www.myshiptracking.com/?mmsi=368348110
https://www.myshiptracking.com/?mmsi=367797720

2 of those were correct. CMT PIKE, ERIN ELIZABETH and HELEN are doing the job. Helen is leading:
https://www.myshiptracking.com/?mmsi=367704190
https://www.myshiptracking.com/?mmsi=368348110
https://www.myshiptracking.com/?mmsi=367428270 (Helen)

Now they're updating since they're in AIS range. They're near the Tappan Zee Bridge as of 12:15AM. Just a little behind their estimated schedule.
