New train (40-41 Floridian) between Miami and Chicago via Washington DC

I was checking the schedules of the new Floridian for a possible trip and was surprised to see the reduced dwell time in Washington. I think we had all wondered if the current schedule had enough time there to compensate for a late arriving Capitol. It's arrival time hasn't changed at 1:05pm. Apparently Amtrak has more confidence in CSX performance than many of us, Although, as you can see, the total trip time did increase by one hour.

They appear to have added one hour of padding en route south of WAS.
